Shahid Kapoor Says His Kids Misha And Zain Are Unaware Of What He Does, Actor Says, ‘I Like It Like That’
Shahid Kapoor in an interview with Zoom shared how his kids Misha and Zain are unaware of what he does as a professional. The actor shared his wife Mira Rajput, mother Neliima and brother Ishaan Khatter often cheer him. In addition, though his kids don’t understand Mira gets them to clap after she tells them about Shahid finishing an important work commitment. And that’s how they celebrate, with the Kabir Singh actor mentioning that he likes it that way.  

He was quoted saying, “My kids still don’t know what I do most of the time, I like it like that. Mira will be like, ‘Dad finished something really important,’ and (imitates them clapping) they celebrate. That’s that.” The Padmaavat actor shares this as he recalled a moment from the past. Shahid narrates before he tied the knot, he had won a big award but had no one around him with whom he could share his happiness with.

He said, “I remember there was this one time I won a really big award, and at that time, it really mattered to me. And it felt like I had nobody to share it with. I was alone, some people in my family were travelling, this was before I was married. So I was just riding in my car and I was like, ‘Yeh main kiske saath share karoon (Who do I share this with)?’ That day, it really dawned upon me. We run around, wanting to have personal achievements, but they mean nothing if you have nobody to share them with.”


On the work front, his upcoming venture, Jersey has been postponed due to the rising scare of Omicron in the country. ALSO READ:
